Newport County Strong: Learn, Grow, Earn
A lifestyle immersion learning experience for Middletown High School teens

This is a free immersion learning program that is:
• Hands-on
• Interactive
• Rewarding
• Learn about healthy eating and fit lifestyle choices
• Teaches self-compassion and stress reduction

The Gift of Knowledge
When teens are empowered by knowledge and fueled by confidence it opens the door to healthier possibilities and outcomes. Teens accepted into this 4 week after-school program will explore how to move towards a healthier lifestyle under the guidance of The Power of Juice’s owner and Executive Chef, Brigid Rafferty.

“You are what you eat” – literally. Wouldn’t you like to feel like a rainbow?

This is a free afterschool program that your teen can sign up for and actually earn money while learning about a healthy lifestyle that includes improving their diet, reducing some of their stress and helping them be more compassionate with themselves and others. All this at the same time as they learn some good job and lifestyle skills to support them down the road.

Text Brigid at the Power of Juice at (617) 875-8437 to hear how to register for an open house to preview this unique afterschool opportunity. Act fast – the program is scheduled to commence in April.
